Open Position
- Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Conduct routine and complex clinical examinations and procedures
- Manage ongoing patient care, follow-ups, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with medical staff, specialists, and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation and patient records (EMR)
- Adhere to clinical protocols, compliance standards, and best practices in patient safety
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
- Valid and unrestricted Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Board certified or board eligible in relevant specialty
- Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
